Professional Audio File Transfer |
ProAudioBus is the musician's alternative to burning discs with big audio files and sending them by overnight mail to whomever needs them or using a file transfer service not optimized for music files. Here is a real world example: Luke is an indie artist based out of Maine. Gonzo is a bass player based out of Los Angeles. Luke writes a song and records guitar and vocals in Maine and uses ProAudioBus to send uncompressed audio files (.wav and .aiff files) to Gonzo so he can lay down bass tracks. Gonzo tracks his bass and sends the bass tracks back to Luke via ProAudioBus. How it works - After you Subscribe, we will set-up an account for you. Whenever you click on the "My ProAudioBus" Account" tab above and log-in, your account and the names of any other Groups you belong to will appear. Click on a Group name to open a box that shows files on your computer and shows your folders at ProAudioBus. All you do is click on the files on your computer that you want to send, click on the folder you want to put them in, and then click on the arrows in the middle to begin transferring files. We have not found an easier, more reliable, faster, and less expensive way to to do this. You control who has access to your File Transfer System by clicking on another link and entering or deleting members that you'd like to share with. You also can view disk space and bandwidth used any time you like. Cost - for less than the cost of one Fedex per month, you can transfer audio files faster, easier, and more quickly. ProAudioBus costs $10.00 per month for 7 gigabits of transfer each month and 1 gigabit of storage - Scotty recently transferred 28 uncompressed .aiff files of tracks of drums and bass for a 4 minute, 30 second song, all of which totaled 1 gigabit. If you need a bigger account, you can get 14 gigabits of transfer and 2 gigabits of storage for $20.00 per month. And if you don't think this is the best way to transfer your music files, you can quit anytime if you want to go back to Fedex. Why we exist - ProAudioBus was created by musicians looking for an easy, bomber (aka bomb-proof), secure way to transfer big audio files. Oh, and it had to be fast and cheap too. We tried all the big file transfer systems out there but found that our files got corrupted or the transfers were not completed. Sometimes the interface for making the transfer just didn't work. ProAudioBus works. We use it. We use it on Windows and Mac operating systems. Give it a try - just click on the Buy Now button above left, and we'll get you set-up so that when you log-on you will have all the tools you need to transfer files and manage the people allowed to upload/download files. Please be patient once you sign-up as it may take up to 48 hrs to get your programming completed and have you up and running. If you have a crisis and need to make a transfer right away, please email us and we'll try our best to help. |

What the Pros Say...
"ProAudioBus.com has accomplished what so many others have failed to do -- create a place for musicians from all over the world to EASILY collaborate online. THIS changes everything!" Michael Laskow, CEO TAXI
“I recently discovered ProAudioBus. It gives me a sense of security about my work showing up to my clients exactly as I recorded it. In my business of recording drum tracks for clients all over the world, it’s good to know things will be hassle-free when they get my work. Good-bye USPS, UPS & Fed-Ex!” Chet McCracken, Grammy nominated session drummer formerly with The Doobie Brothers “I record and send keyboard files to music supervisors, producers and other musicians exclusively using ProAudioBus. It’s completely hassle free, simple to use and the best system out there.” Jimmy Greenspoon, founding member of Three Dog Night "I send and receive music files from all over the world and until ProAudioBus came along, there was no reliable way to send files using the Internet. ProAudio Bus makes it simple, easy and reliable to send and receive large audio files online and intact.....no glitches or information dropout. Your files are across the city or the world in no time, making it possible to exchange files and work, nearly in real time. Any serious musician, producer or engineer with a computer and an internet connection will find this to be an invaluable asset in working quickly and efficiently with others, regardless of location. You'll save a lot of time and a fortune in overnight mail costs.” Doane Perry, Grammy winning drummer from Jethro Tull “As a Singer/Songwriter I need to send .wav and .aif files to other musicians and to my Producer. I tried using all the web based storage systems, but they corrupted files or the ftp didn’t work reliably. As a result, on my first project we burned CD’s with audio files and used Fedex to transfer the files. On my second CD, we’ve been using ProAudioBus.com exclusively. It has worked beautifully and 5 gig of monthly bandwidth has been more than adequate.” Michael Penfield, Singer/Songwriter www.MichaelPenfield.com "The only site/service I've found that REALLY works, and works flawlessly on any size file is www.ProAudioBus.com. For almost 2 months now I send and receive 24bit.wav's & aiff from my home studio, all over the U.S. with no problems at all. I've tried everything out there and always found some kind of hang up. For 10 bucks a month...forget fed-ex. ProAudioBus is awesome."...Bruce Luisi, Audio Engineer
